Southern Sage was built from a moment of unexpected change. When the management company I worked for unexpectedly closed, I took that as an opportunity to build something of my own. With a background in long term rentals, I understood property operations, but I also noticed a gap in the market for small towns like mine needing short term rental options for traveling workers and families. I combined that experience with a hands on approach and launched Southern Sage, turning a challenge into a growing business focused on quality, consistency, and trust.
